This document was handed out at the last SOMB meeting and caused quite a stir. According to the court, this document redefines the conditions that can be placed on an S.O. on probation as ordered by the judge. NOTE: This does not change conditions for those already on probation before this ruling. BUT anyone can go back to the court with a request to amend their terms of probation to bring them in line with this new ruling.
